The awkward questions

The ones a price list usually leaves you to find out later.

What happens when I outgrow a tier?+
You are warned at 80% of a bracket, so the change never arrives as a surprise on an invoice. Then you get 30 days' grace. The new price starts on your next bill rather than partway through the month you are having, nothing stops working while you decide, and we never charge you backwards.
What if I have a very good month?+
It costs you nothing extra that month. Your tier is read from the month that has finished, never the one in progress — so selling more never raises your price while you are still selling. Charging you mid-month for a good month would be a tax on doing well.
Why is my tier decided by the bigger of the two numbers?+
Because a business is as big as its biggest dimension. Four hundred staff behind a small shopfront is still four hundred people to support, and a three-person trading house turning over crores is still crores of transactions to process. Taking the higher of the two brackets is the one rule that is fair to both.
What happens to my data if I drop a module?+
It switches off and everything it holds stays exactly where it is. Nothing is deleted. Turn it back on later and it is all still there.
Do the mobile apps cost extra?+
No. All four come with the module they belong to, at no extra cost: Shofol Connect, where staff clock in and read payslips; Shofol GO, where reps run their visits and take orders on the road; Shofol Counter, which rings a sale and prints the receipt on the terminal; and Shofol Inventory, where storekeepers scan a barcode to put stock away.
Can I change modules month to month?+
Yes. Add or drop from your next billing cycle.
Do I need a card to start?+
No. Sign up, use it, and if you stay inside the free allowances you will never be asked for one.
How do you know what I turn over?+
From your own confirmed sales invoices in the system — the figure you already know, and can check against your own books. There is nothing to declare and nothing to argue about. Draft invoices are not counted, because an invoice you might still delete is not a sale.
